Each individual video is capped at 5 minutes. 50 Whispers is about 5 minutes of Bedside Muse 1.0x video, and higher-tier Muses cost more Whispers for the same length.
A 5-minute Mythic Muse 2.0x video costs about 100 Whispers and is allowed when enough unexpired Whispers are available.
Future ledger rows need audit, idempotency, failure, and reversal rules.
Failed private scenes must have clear reversal and support handling before activation.
